Kenzie and Lyndon wed on a particularly rainy day. Wedding folklore suggests rain on your wedding day is a sign of good luck and unity for the couple, while Alanis Morissette simply thinks it’s ironic (don’t you think)? The idea stems from the fact that a wet knot is very difficult to untie. It then stands to reason when a couple “ties the knot” on a rainy day, their marriage will be just as difficult to unravel. The Millennium Centre was an amazing backdrop for Kenzie and Lyndon’s photoshoot and offered many opportunities for interesting photos. Kenzie, Lyndon and their bridal party were energetic and fun, making for a very enjoyable day. Peachy Green Events provided various decorative items that gave the room a distinct vintage feel, while Beyond Flowers created the gorgeous bouquets and centrepieces to further enhance guests’ experience. Throughout the evening, family and friends enjoyed making their own treats at a Smores bar and playing pool, as a pool hall was the location of their first date. The highlight of the reception was the fireworks display by Archangel Fireworks. Thanks for choosing Rygiel Photography & Video to capture the memories of your wedding day.
