Amanda and Michael are a unique couple who wanted something equally one-of-a-kind for their engagement shoot. What could be more fresh than shooting your engagement photos at Ikea? Amanda and Michael enjoyed dressing up and playing house together and even took away a few decorating ideas. The shoot was so wild that it is featured in the August issue of It’s Love Magazine. Even though Carlos is one of Winnipeg’s top DJs, he took the night off to marry his soulmate. Crystal and Carlos tied the knot at Holy Rosary Church in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada. The Skyview Ballroom at the Ramada Marlborough Hotel never looked so good and the boys at Sensational Sound entertained the crowd throughout the evening. A great time was had by all in attendance. Kramer Family – Victoria Beach Family Photography

Victoria Beach is a special place for the Kramer family who have made this pristine setting part of their summer tradition for many years. The ritual began when Colleen, Dave and their friends would come together for good times. Today, Victoria Beach is the destination they share with their two beautiful daughters, Sierra and Skylar. The girls are little bundles of energy and pure joy and we always enjoy spending time with them. A photo shoot with Sierra and Skylar always includes jumping, dancing and lots of laughs. This year, the girls were able to jump higher than ever thanks to their fairy wings! We walked about the beach looking for opportunities to capture priceless family memories. We made a detour at the local bakery for some happy face cookies and cinnamon buns – yummy! Katy & Matt – Winnipeg Wedding Photographer

Katy and Matt could not have asked for a more perfect day for their outdoor ceremony at Pineridge Hollow. As former students at the University of Manitoba’s Faculty of Music, it was no surprise that the live music throughout the day would be simply awesome! They enlisted the talents of their many musical friends who performed beautifully during the ceremony and cocktail hour. The afternoon jazzy sounds of the band gave way to R&B influenced music throughout the reception and even included Katy, Matt and the entire wedding party for an energetic rendition of The Jackson Five’s “I Want You Back.” Even before she was engaged, Katy had her eye on a gorgeous Maggie Sottero dress from Stella’s Bridal. Two years later, Katy purchased the stunning Stella’s gown and her girls wore Stella’s dresses as well. Katy’s father once told Matt the only way he’d agree to let him marry his daughter would be if Matt bought him a BMW. Matt took this to heart and after Katy’s dad walked her down the aisle, Matt presented him with a dowry of a BMW – albeit a model car. Katy and Matt’s wedding cake was very unique in that it was covered with cake pops which guests pulled right off and enjoyed.
